Kevin N. Jeffries is a Senior Explosion Safety Consultant with 28 years of experience in fire prevention, protection, and code compliance. He holds a B.S. in Occupational Safety & Health from North Carolina A&T State University and is a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator (CFEI), Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS), and Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist (CEAS). He is a member of NFPA, ASSP, SFPE, NAFI and IAFI.

Rick has over 30 years of fire protection experience in technical services, sales and business development, currently Director, Business Development at Fike Corporation for Fike Video Analytics products. Rick holds NICET Level III in Fire Alarm and Special Hazards Suppression Systems, NFPA Certified Fire Protection Specialist with secondary education at University of Maryland and Risk Management at The Institutes. Rick is currently on the ISO/TC 21/SC 3/WG 24 committee “Installation Standard for Video Image Detection”.

He’s served in both Project & Product Management roles within Fike’s Explosion & Fire Protection Teams by managing product lines, accounts, and projects globally across a wide range of industrial environments. In a recent expansion of his responsibilities, Kyle now supports Fike’s Solution Group which is a team dedicated to support key accounts and critical infrastructure applications with a concentrated emphasis on Special Hazards Fire Protection and Explosion Protection.
