With 16 years of experience as an Explosion Protection Designer and Applications Specialist at Fike, he brings deep expertise in combustible dust hazards and advanced knowledge in prevention and mitigation techniques. He is also a European Committee for Standardization member CEN/TC305/WG 2.

Etienne Hunt is the Global Sales Manager at Hobré International, for the Spray Dryer Process Analytics division, helping clients in the food, beverage, and chemical industries enhance safety, efficiency, and product quality. With over eight years of experience in Product Management, Sales, and Service Engineering, Etienne has a proven track record of driving growth and innovation for Hobré’s advanced online process analyzer systems. His background includes roles as Product Manager and Area Sales Manager, as well as hands-on Engineering expertise gained as Service Engineer.

Carson Stephens
EP Business Development Manager - Strategic Accounts, Fike Corporation
Carson has 10 years of experience in combustible dust and explosion protection at Fike. He holds a BSET in Plastics Engineering from Pitt State University and a MBA in Ethical Strategic Leadership from the University of Central Missouri. Working his way through product management and applications engineering during his tenure, he now serves as the commercial lead for Fike's EP strategic accounts.

Adam Batz
EVP Fike Services Group, Fike Corporation
Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President of the Fike Services Group, Adam has been instrumental in creating Fike’s Consultancy Group. The consultancy offers comprehensive services across Fike’s product lines. Fike Services Group also includes the Global Field Services Team which offers global factory direct service and support to Fike products wherever they are installed. He has been a member of Fike’s Board of Directors since December 2012 and his roles with Fike Corporation have included National Sales Manager for Strategic Accounts, where he provided leadership and developed growth strategies for Strategic Corporate Accounts, including Fike's OEM sales channel. Adam is a principal member of NFPA 654/655/90 committee.
