Carson has 11 years of experience in combustible dust and explosion protection at Fike. He holds a BSET in Plastics Engineering from Pitt State University and a MBA in Ethical Strategic Leadership from the University of Central Missouri. Working his way through product management and applications engineering during his tenure, he now serves as the commercial lead for Fike's EP strategic accounts.

Andrew Tworek is a Principal Engineer and Global Product Manager for explosion protection. He has worked at Fike for 12 years, focusing most of his time on explosion protection new product research and development. He is a voting member of the NFPA technical committee for Explosion Protection Systems, supporting NFPA 67, 68, and 69. Prior to joining Fike he worked 10 years at a Department of Defense contractor developing advanced propulsion systems for military aircraft.

Dilip Arulappan is an Explosion Safety Consultant at Fike Corporation, based in the UK.
